We are a small, in home, family Boxer breeder in South Carolina. Whether you are looking for a quality pet or a Boxer for Conformation Showing, our focus is on breeding healthy, happy dogs of outstanding temperament. About Us

We have owned Boxers for nearly 20 years and from our very first dog “Adam”, have completely fallen in love with the breed. Our first dogs were pets, but we have always purchased our dogs from quality Boxer breeders who are wonderful people and have taught us so very much. In 2016 we decided to enter the world of showing dogs with the AKC and purchased “Reagan” our brindle female to show and potentially breed.

Reagan is our foundation girl, and we have been so pleased with the results of her first litter. Boxers are complete family dogs, with undying energy, watchful attentiveness, and tremendous patience with children. We live in Wagener, SC on 20 acres and our dogs play and run throughout our property. However, they always want to be close to us and are an integral part of our family.

About the Boxer

The ideal Boxer is a medium-sized, square-built dog of good substance with short back, strong limbs, and short, tight-fitting coat. His well-developed muscles are clean, hard, and appear smooth under taut skin. His movements denote energy. The gait is firm yet elastic, the stride free and ground-covering, the carriage proud. Developed to serve as guard, working, and companion dog, he combines strength and agility with elegance and style. His expression is alert and his temperament steadfast and tractable. The chiseled head imparts to the Boxer a unique individual stamp. It must be in correct proportion to the body.

The broad, blunt muzzle is the distinctive feature, and great value is placed upon its being of proper form and balance with the skull. In judging the Boxer first consideration is given to general appearance and overall balance. Special attention is then devoted to the head, after which the individual body components are examined for their correct construction, and the gait evaluated for efficiency.

Is the Boxer the right Dog for you?

Boxers are, in our opinion the very best family dogs. However, if you have never owned a Boxer, please do some honest research into the breed before making a decision to bring one of these energetic animals into your home. Boxers are full of energy and need lots of attention from the family. They need to be indoors and a part of everything that happens in your home. Daily exercise is a requirement for a happy Boxer. The Boxer breed does have health issues that you need to understand.

If you are unsure of the health issues with Boxers, please contact us for more information. We work diligently to health test our dogs and our breeding is predicated on producing quality dogs of the best health and temperament possible. We offer health guarantees for our dogs, but even then, no one can predict everything, so it is best to enter this process as well informed as possible.
